Agency Owner/Insurance Agent
Opened his office in downtown Columbia City, IN, in July 2024.
His main goal is growing his office and helping customers find the right coverage that meets their needs.
Jacob loves spending time outside of work with his significant other, Lillie, and their one year old daughter, June.

Kamdyn Klingensmith

Insurance Agent
Joined Arnold Insurance Agency in 2025.
Training under Jacob with the goal of eventually opening his own office.
Kamdyn enjoys spending time with his wife, whether they go on hike or spend an evening watching tv on the couch.

Max Stetler

Insurance Agent
Joined Arnold Insurance Agency in 2025.
Specializes in Life Insurance policies.
His goal is to help boost sales and provide customers with the information they need when shopping for policies.
Max occasionally plays D&D with a group of friends.

PROVIDING OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE COMMUNITY

Recently, Arnold Insurance Agency has opened the doors into the insurance world for local high school students. Providing a semester long internship, students are able to experience a career path in insurance and determine if that is a career they want to pursue after graduation.

The Protégé Program is a gateway opportunity into entrepreneurship designed for insurance agents but can be applied to high school students upon graduation.

"[During this program] they can start here and work for me for a year, learn how to run, operate, and maintain an office." Jacob Arnold, explained. Once they have completed the training, they will be able to open their own office.

Currently, these opportunities are open for students at Columbia City High School but Arnold hopes to expand the program for students in surrounding areas.
